                              the technology stands today!
DMR Tier 3 products are now available. DMR (Digital Mobile
Radio) has become the most popular digital PMR protocol, largely due to
its Mode 2 product success seen in recent years. Tier 3 is the fully
trunked version providing true trunking features with managed resources
and intelligent queuing. DMR has quickly become the No1 choice for
migration from other systems.

DMR - 100% digital TDMA technology, designed to operate two time
slots within existing 12.5kHz channel spacing. DMR meets
FCC regulatory requirements for 6.25kHz channel equivalence.
DMR was developed and ratified by (ETSI) European Telecommunications
                    Standards Institute.
